This cohort is intentionally small and capped at 16 participants to foster deep connections and impactful growth.

The retreat will take place in a serene house nestled in the woods of Castro Valley, California, providing the perfect environment for reflection and transformation.

What are the payment options?
You can pay in full or choose a payment plan with split payments through May to make the experience more accessible.
Do I need to have experience public speaking?
Not at all! Leadership inherently involves public speaking, whether formal or informal. Wherever your skill level currently stands, we’ll coach you to enhance it, helping you grow into a more confident, impactful speaker.
Time Commitment
You’ll spend approximately 90 minutes per week on the program calls, plus 20 minutes for reading and preparation. Homework is designed as real-world application, meaning it fits seamlessly into your day-to-day leadership responsibilities rather than adding extra tasks. Additional resources will be available for those who want to go deeper.
Who is NOT a fit?
This program isn’t for those looking for quick fixes, surface-level strategies, or overnight success. It’s for bold, ambitious women ready to go all-in, embrace the challenge, and do the deep work to amplify their leadership and visibility. If you’re not prepared to commit fully, this may not be the right time for you.
Can my company pay for this?
Yes, some participants receive full or partial sponsorship from their employers. While most pay out of pocket, we’re happy to assist with any additional documentation you need to make this happen.
What if I can’t attend all the sessions?
Life happens, and that’s okay! All sessions are recorded, so you can review and catch up at your own convenience.

When do calls take place?
Calls are 90 minutes and take place on Tuesdays at 12:00 pm and 5:30 pm PST. You are welcome to join whichever call time works best for you that week.
